The natural crimp in the
Ryeland wool makes it a versatile
material suitable for a wide range of uses. Ours is sent to a co-operative
in Wales, which specialises in spinning and weaving smaller quantities. It is
mixed with coarse silk to make a lighter fabric but we would be very happy to
discuss any other options with you. The weave we are currently using comes in
two styles: plain and checked. At present we are producing scarves, shawls
and throws but, again, we are open to discussion.
